Selecting panels
So as you know, oral examination for my research study is coming soon and i got confused in choosing the panels. I am pondering between panels who are expert in my research (the advantage to choose this kind of panels is that they will help in giving ideas to improve my research but obviously I need to be well prepared for their killer questions) and panels who are kind and soft hearted (This one, i don’t have to tell you the benefit of choosing them. I believe you know the answer. Hahaha!). My SV suggested some panels that she thought were good, however the end decision was left to be made by me.
Panel A: her research is related to mine. But she likes to condemn students. (i dont know how do I describe this. You have to experience it by yourself. Seeing her expressions and listening to her words will definitely make you down.)
Panel B: hmmm.. Her expertise does relate to my research but only a little. She knows about cell culture but her main expertise is in extraction. BUT, she is kind, she will not ask you any tough questions and I believe she will help me during the presentation. Hahaha!
Panel C: obviously related to my research. Both of us are dealing with adipose cell. This is the solid reason why i chose him. And I heard that he is tolerant to the students. I mean he surely will ask you tough questions but in a good manner. Hmm.. Can I say not like Panel A? HAHAHAHA! So, yes. I choose panel C!
And also, Panel D who is an expert in optimization. So I chose panel C and D. Good luck sheema!

fact about me
I'm back
Hi,
It has been a long time since the last time i updated my blog. Currently i am busy doing my research. Oral examination for my proposal defence is just around the corner and here I am with thousand of things to be covered. Meanwhile I still need to catch up with my experimental schedule so that my research work won’t be left behind. Despite the hectic life, surprisingly I enjoy this. Serious. No kidding. I don’t know how to describe this feeling. HAHAHA. But i am sure that one of the factors contributing to the fact is my surrounding. Doing my research at IBD seems to give me a lot of happiness! (*exaggerating). Well, I can say that my supervisor is much better than my friend’s SV and I am thankful for this! Postgraduate students are helping each other despite having different research scope and SV. They do not mind sharing their knowledge and their apparatus at all. They even teach me many things that I don’t understand. I feel so blessed to be a part of this kind of working environment.
Okay. Now tell me how do I get rid of these dark circles pleasee!!!
